The job, in plain words

You’re the face of Help Me Roy in your neighborhoods. You meet homeowners at the door, find out what’s going on with the roof, attic and outside of the house, set a time to come back, and show them the fix. When you’re ready, you close the sale yourself.

You earn 25% of every sale you make, start to finish. Commission pay, company leads included. We walk you through the whole plan on your first call.
Trained, not thrown in. A four-week path with a manager beside you in the field (see below).
Real products people want. Roof rejuvenation that adds years to a roof, solar attic fans that cut power bills, gutters and guards, a plant-safe house wash, and yearly roof maintenance.
Local. Based in Catawba County, NC. Territories across Western NC, the Charlotte area, Upstate SC and the Tri-Cities.
Badge and backing. Every rep carries a Help Me Roy photo ID badge, and the office answers the phone when a homeowner wants to check on you.

Your first four weeks

Each week earns the next one. You move up on what you do, not on time served.

Week 1 · Learn to setRide along with an experienced canvasser. Watch the pitch, the questions, the appointment set, and the real objections.

Week 2 · Prove you can setSet appointments on your own. Work on objections, follow-up and the weak spots you found in week 1.

Week 3 · Learn to closeShadow a closer on the appointments you set. Inspection, discovery, pricing, and asking for the sale.

Week 4 · Run the full cycleYou own it start to finish while a manager shadows you and coaches in real time.

What you need

18 or older, with a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
A smartphone and a willingness to use the apps we train you on.
Comfortable outdoors, on your feet, talking to strangers. Sales experience helps; it isn’t required.
Available afternoons, evenings and Saturdays, when homeowners are home.
Able to pass a background check before you get your badge.
